Billing and cancellation

FEW. membership is a subscription billed through Stripe. Applying is free. You're only charged after you're accepted and choose to join.

Price

Membership is $99 a month, or the annual price shown at checkout. The price you join at is the price you pay until we give you at least 30 days' notice of a change.

Introductory offer

Where offered, your first month costs $1. Your membership then renews automatically at $99 a month. We email you three days before the first full charge. Cancel before then and you won't be charged again.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. We don't refund partial periods except where the law requires it or we end your membership without cause.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and we email you a link to update your card. Access continues during that time. If payment still fails, your membership is paused until it's fixed.
