Working draft. Have counsel review before the club takes payments.

FEW. (“we”) runs few.club. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect what we need to review applications and run the club, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

  • Application details you give us: name, email, company, role, location, revenue and funding ranges, links and written answers.
  • Profile details you choose to publish to other members.
  • Activity in the club: introductions, RSVPs, circle membership, posts and check-ins.
  • Billing records from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting. We use privacy-friendly analytics without advertising cookies.

How we use it

  • To review your application and place you in the right community.
  • To show your profile to signed-in members, within the visibility you choose.
  • To send the emails you'd expect: receipts, decisions, introductions, event confirmations and reminders. You control the optional ones in Settings.
  • To understand whether the club is working, in aggregate (for example, how many introductions lead to a meeting).

Who sees it

Application answers and revenue and funding ranges are seen only by the people who review applications. Your email address is shared with another member only after you both accept an introduction. We use service providers to run the club (hosting, database, email delivery, payments) under contracts that limit their use of your data.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, hide it to your own community, change email preferences, export your data or ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@few.club. We'll respond within 30 days.

Retention

Declined applications are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to keep them. Member data is deleted within 90 days of account closure, except billing records we're required to keep.
