Why I started FEW.
I'm Zack Bordeaux. I run Smooth Operator Solutions, a growth agency in Charlotte that manages over $1M a month in ad spend for service businesses, and Motion CLT, a media and events company.
I started young, and for a long time I built mostly alone. Guys my age were in class or at their first job. The people who could have saved me years were out there. I just didn't know them yet.
What changed everything was a handful of founders a few steps ahead of me. They answered my texts, told me when I was wrong, and showed up when things went sideways. Almost every big jump I've made traces back to a conversation with one of them.
Running events in Charlotte showed me how fast that happens when you put the right guys in one room. FEW. does that on purpose, for young founders across the country. Small circles, real introductions, and a high bar for who gets in.
The name says what it's for. FEW. stands for Friendship, Entrepreneurship and Wealth: real friends, a company you're proud of, and a life that's worth all the work.

Where it's going
The first year is a few hundred members across the US, meetups in the cities where they cluster, and circles that keep meeting after the novelty wears off.
After that, retreats, more cities, and more of the club run by the members themselves. The rooms stay small, and I'll keep reading the applications.
